LIFO COMMUNICATION INSTRUMENT
Dr. Stamey is certified to administer the LIFO instrument to individuals
and/or groups. She is also a certified trainer for non-profit leaders, who desire to administer
this tool in their own work setting. This instrument is highly used for team building
purposes in businesses around the world. Dr. Atkins and other highly trained psychologists
have validated this instrument and take pride in the fact that it focuses on a person's
communication style rather than ones' personality.
Stamey has administered this instrument to over 1000 people since her certification in 1980.
It has been a vital instrument in helping church staff members to understand their contribution to the team
and how their strengths make the team stronger and more effective.
The instrument has been used throughout the years in helping Personnel Committees and/or Staff members
to determine in advance the contribution one could make to the team if they were invited to join them in service.
In this case, the individuals rank the 30 questions and submit them to CBA Associates to receive a written assessment.
COSTS:
Staff Retreats, NACBA Chapters, Church Organizations would pay $10.00 for each instrument
plus $100.00 per hour and the expenses of travel.
Individual Assessments: $75.00 includes instrument and written assessment (usually about 3 pages).
This assessment highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the individual; as well as suggestions of
how to address the weak areas.
